Site wide restoration and remodelling of a group of Grade II Listed buildings including a traditional Suffolk watermill, mill house and outbuildings into five holiday let cottages and family home in an idyllic rural location on the banks of the River Deben between Woodbridge and Saxmundam.​

The project involved extensive restoration of traditional brick and timber framed buildings to deliver a modern living spaces and services within the framework of the historic buildings, including a bio-mass district heating system.
